Workshop is an educational platform where science is translated into technology.

 

The workshop will stress the fact that training needs analysis is not a static concept that is translated into action only every now and then, but is indeed a never-ending process that should be fully integrated within the overall framework of any organization training and development and its strategic vision, goals and objectives.

 

That training needs analysis deserves to be managed judiciously, effectively, efficiently and wisely by identifying and assessing the gap between the knowledge, skills and attitudes that the people in the organization currently possess and the knowledge, skills and attitudes that they require to meet the organization’s goals, objectives and performance standards.

 

we are always encourage the students to participate in the workshops, due to these they improve their technical skills and learn new technologies apart from their text books.

 

As a part of this program we are conducting workshops in many engineering colleges on various domains. We are offering around 10+ domains to conduct the workshop, in these some modules are take 8hrs and some take 12 hrs. These details are listed below.
